Les PendsSyrah and marsanne grapes. Fully grown grapes, planted in 1972. High standards of quality for white wines, some outstanding years for red wines. The best vintages to come will be either white or red. Modification of the fruit shape on the stake towards a curtain shape in order to optimize the sun exposure. These syrah vines on this calcareous soil are quite changeable but full of promises for this exceptional year. |
